"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Hey, man! I wanna ask you something. You know that profile artwork I have on my page? Well, I'm making an update. So, What do you wanna look like? I made a Paper Version of Olimar from Pikmin in the last one but, now I'm asking you. You can send a picture telling me what to put in your place... (If so, then you have to tell me if you want me to put that exact artwork in there or if you want me to spice your artwork up a bit in it) or you can describe it in words.
Erm, okay? Just go to the page of whoever it is you want to add, and click on the button that says "Watch This Deviant!", and then you can go to your friends list and rearrange those you have into categories and whatnot... Don't worry though, I had to tell skawo how to work these things too...
